We are here with enclosing the details of the instructions for preparing full paper, deadline etc., pl send your papers as early as possible , In case if any colleagues of yours were working on coastal problems and are unable to attend due to personal  and other reasons   may also be encouraged to submit their full paper as per the instructions. Kindly note that full paper should reach us on or before April 15, 2007
